This website and all files contained or linked within it, sets out the benefits available to Member Institutions from the inter-regional framework agreement for office supplies and computer consumables, together with instructions on how the agreement can be accessed.
Governed by the National Working Party for Computer and Stationery Supplies (NWPCSS) and LUPC, this agreement is the principal office supplies and computer consumables supply arrangement for the UK higher education sector. It is open to all Members of LUPC, SUPC, NEUPC, APUC and HEPCW. This agreement started on 1 August 2011.
